In 2016, Rob joined New Foundation Saving Bank bringing over 30 years of community banking expertise ranging from Teller to President and everything in between. A lifelong resident of Loveland, he graduated from St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati. Outside of the bank, Rob served as an award-winning Chief Mechanic for a National Championship winning sprint car race team.

Jen joined New Foundation Savings Bank in 2018. The Miami University graduate brings extensive business operations and project management experience. She has optimized operations and consulted with businesses ranging from healthcare to manufacturing. Outside of the bank, Jen leads a local non-profit organization working on behalf of Cincinnati’s homeless population.
Julie Deckert

Julie, Operations Manager and expert trainer, keeps everything running smoothly. After more than 30 years in the financial industry, she joined New Foundation Savings Bank in 2015. In addition, Julie coordinates donation drives on behalf of local students and educators. She and her husband currently reside in Colerain Township.
Kathy A. Kendrick

Kathy is the heart and soul of New Foundation Savings Bank. Not only is she a mortgage loan expert with over 30 years of banking experience, she knows every customer by name (and probably their children, siblings, and pets as well). Kathy specializes in finding the best possible loan for each customer and takes the time to make sure homeowners are comfortable and happy with the results. When not at the bank, the lifelong Colerain Township resident works tirelessly on behalf of animal welfare.

Bev joined New Foundation Savings Bank in July 2019. She is a University of Cincinnati graduate and brings 30+ years of Financial Industry experience in banking and insurance information technology. Outside of work, Bev and her husband reside in Colerain Township and enjoy traveling, gardening, biking and cooking.

Sarah, Customer Service Representative, joined New Foundation Savings Bank in 2018 after having recently moved from California. The San Diego State University graduate brings 7 years of customer service experience, having served 2 of those years as a bank teller. Outside of work, Sarah has given her time to volunteer at Rady Children’s Hospital and CCS.
