Robert Hoffman
President
In 2016, Rob joined New Foundation Saving Bank bringing over 30 years of community banking expertise ranging from Teller to President and everything in between. A lifelong resident of Loveland, he graduated from St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati. Outside of the bank, Rob served as an award-winning Chief Mechanic for a National Championship winning sprint car race team.
Andrew Minton
Operations Manager
Andy keeps everything running smoothly. After 10 years in the financial services industry and a lifetime in customer service, he joined NFSB in 2022. Andy has lived in Cincinnati nearly his entire life, graduating from St. Xavier High School and the University of Cincinnati, as well as Western Kentucky University. Outside of work Andy is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family, especially his niece and two nephews.
Natombi Marshall
Customer Service Representative
Natombi (aka Na-Na) is our newest employee at NFSB. She comes to us with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, and enjoys working as a banquet server on the side. Outside of work Natombi loves to sing and dance while spending time with family. She also does volunteer work for various charities throughout the Cincinnati/Dayton Area.
